Ger Hatton

HATTON.EU, of which Ger is a Principal, provides consulting and advisory services in Geneva and Brussels to international Cultural Industry clients in the areas of Intellectual Property, Copyright and Trade related aspects of IPRs. Prior to that she headed up the International Confederation of Music Publishers (ICMP) as CEO, spearheading the industry's representation to WIPO and the European Union and organising the strategy of the association across its 57 countries and territories worldwide. Victoria Campoamor

Victoria Campoamor tiene 20 años de experiencia en la Industria de la Música, con título de posgrado en Economía y Negocios de la Universidad de Oviedo, así como estudios en Marketing Internacional y de Negocios de la Universidad de Dublín. En su labor como Jefa de Licencias musicales en EMEA (Europa, Oriente Medio y África) para Google Play es responsable de las negociaciones para licenciamiento con sociedades de música y editores. Antes de comenzar dicha labor, ha ocupado cargos de Directora de Operaciones y Equipos Ofimáticos, Directora de Operaciones de Distribución, Directora en Identificación y Procesos y Directiva en Audiovisuales para “PRS for Music”, que actualmente representa los derechos de más de 100,000 miembros en el Reino Unido. Ha sido también Directora de Operaciones para “International Music Joint Venture” y Directiva de Películas y Televisión, así como Administradora Internacional para “SGAE”.

Jules Parker

Jules Parker joined Spotify early 2016 as the European Director of Publisher and Songwriter Relations. Before Spotify, Jules ran his own songwriter and artist management company for 2 1/2 years - developing writers and bands, overseeing promo and releases, and dealing with major and indie publishers and labels worldwide. Prior to this, he was at PRS for Music, responsible for artist relations, industry liaison, signing songwriters thought to be the success stories of the future and creating promotional opportunities for newer writers. He started as a songwriter, artist and musician - working with BMG, Universal and Warner.

Montserrat Peñarroya

Montserrat es la Directora del Instituto Internacional de Investigación de la Sociedad de la Información y el Conocimiento (3iSIC) y la Directora de Quadrant Alfa  una empresa dedicada a la consultoría y a las inversiones en Internet. Su día a día discurre entre su dedicación a la docencia, la investigación, la consultoría y la impartición de conferencias en eventos nacionales e internacionales.

Su formación académica es en Turismo (Graduada en Turismo), con un Postgrado en Marketing Internacional y Comercio Exterior, y un Máster en Sociedad de la Información y el Conocimiento. En la actualidad está realizando un Doctorado en Economía y Empresa.

Montserrat es miembro del grupo asesor para la creación de la línea de Internacionalización Digital 2BDigital de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Y es consultora en Comercio Electrónico, Marketing Digital y en Digitalización de PYMES por PIMESTIC, por el SDE – ICIC (Institut Català d’Indústries Culturals) y por la Cámara de Comercio de Barcelona.

Axel Minaire

Axel MINAIRE is Senior Account Manager at gplus europe where he notably supports ICMP work with EU institutions around the copyright reform. Prior to join gplus europe in 2014, Axel has worked for 7 years in the European Parliament  as adviser to various MEPs.  During this time, he followed European policies in a number of interesting fields, notably internal market and international trade.  Before the European Parliament, Axel worked for the French business federation MEDEF for 1 year in Brussels.

Jane Dyball

After spending 6 years at indie publisher Virgin Music in international copyright and licensing, Jane Dyball joined Warner/Chappell Music’s Business Affairs Department.  She eventually became SVP International Legal & Business Affairs in 2005 assuming responsibility for all WCM’s business affairs worldwide ex US & Canada, alongside strategic issues such as collective rights management and digital rights.

In June 2013 she left WCM and in January 2014 was appointed CEO of MCPS, IMPEL and PMLL and then CEO of the MPA Group of Companies in October 2015, assuming additional leadership of the MPA and bringing all four businesses under one umbrella.
